**Material Structure:** Our CuSn8 bronze shaft sleeves offer an economical bearing solution with high capacity and excellent wear resistance. The working surface features regular rhombus oil holes for effective oil storage, facilitating oil film formation during initial movement to reduce friction. Designed with thin walls and coiled through-holes, these bushings are ideal for low-precision, cost-sensitive applications. The through-hole design ensures efficient lubrication and minimizes adhesive wear by quickly establishing an oil film. The inner hole can be reworked as needed. The copper alloy base provides superior corrosion resistance and heat conduction. We recommend regular thin oil lubrication, suitable for medium loads and low-speed conditions.
Rolled Tin Bronze Bushing Material VIIPLUS Wrapped Bronze is made entirely from CuSn8 and CuSn6 tin bronzes, offering excellent sliding properties. This material is ideal for applications requiring high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and fatigue strength.
**Composition**
– Copper (Cu): 91.3%
– Tin (Sn): 8.5%
– Phosphorus (P): 0.2%
CuSn8 is a solid solution-strengthened copper alloy with 8% tin, providing high strength, springiness, and adequate conductivity. It is wear-resistant, highly corrosion-resistant, easily soldered, and has excellent sliding properties. Common applications include stamped parts, bushings, flange bronze bearings, metal bushings, and use in electrical and mechanical engineering.
