Maintenance-free. Self-lubricating Bimetallic Bushing. Durable
Bimetallic bearing composite material is a metal composite material consisting of a steel strip as a supporting base plate and a sintered self-lubricating bronze sliding layer. The solid lubricant (graphite or PTFE) dispersed in the sliding layer under preload makes the sliding bearing maintenance-free.
Maintenance-free and self-lubricating materials are available in different alloy variants and material thicknesses. The two-layer material construction enables compact and highly elastic plain bearing concepts to be realized and to function reliably.
The percentage content of solid lubricants as well as their particle form and distribution varies from alloy to alloy.

High Quality, Good Service, Your Best Choice
Connecting rod bearing is a very key component of gasoline engine and diesel engine, which has a wide variety and a huge demand in quantity, among which the automobile engine has the largest demand.
High-Quality Bimetal Bearing Con Rod Bush To Your Specifications.
Connecting rod bearings provide rotating motion of the crank pin within the connecting rod, which transmits cycling loads applied to the piston. Connecting rod bearings are mounted in the Big end of the connecting rod. A bearing consists of two parts (commonly interchangeable).
Bimetal bushing is backed with high-quality low carbon steel with bronze alloy sintered on its surface. To effectively decrease abrasion, its alloy surface can be machined with ball-shaped oil pockets for easier oil storage. When necessary, an anti-corrosion coating can be plated on the steel back. It can be applied to conditions of mediate load with mediate or high running velocity and conditions with enormous impact load. Such as internal combustion engine bearing, connecting rod bearing, rock arm bearing, slide plate of oil gear pump and etc.

Basic Introduction
The connecting rod group is composed of the connecting rod body, the connecting rod big head cover, the connecting rod small head bushing, the connecting rod big head bearing bush and the connecting rod bolt (or screw). The connecting rod group is subjected to the action of the gas force from the piston pin and its own swing and the reciprocating inertia force of the piston group. The magnitude and direction of these forces are periodic. Therefore, the connecting rod is subjected to alternating loads such as compression and tension. The connecting rod must have sufficient fatigue strength and structural stiffness.Fatigue strength is insufficient, often will cause the connecting rod body or connecting rod bolt fracture, and then produce the whole machine damage of major accidents. If the stiffness is insufficient, it will cause the bending deformation of the rod body and the out-of-round deformation of the big end of the connecting rod, recognized to the eccentric wear of the piston, cylinder, bearing and crank pin.
Structure composition
The connecting rod body is composed of three parts, the part connected with the piston pin is called the connecting rod head; The part connected with the crankshaft is called the connecting rod head, and the connecting rod body is called the connecting rod body.
The connecting rod head is mostly of thin-walled circular structure. In order to reduce the wear between the connecting rod and the piston pin, the thin-walled bronze bushing is pressed into the hole of the connecting rod head.Drill or mill grooves in the small head and bushing to allow the spatter to enter the mating surface of the lubricated bushing and piston pin.
Connecting rod body is a long rod, in the work of the force is large, in order to prevent its bending deformation, the rod body must have enough stiffness. For this reason, the connecting rod body of the vehicle engine mostly uses Ⅰ shaped section, the flat section can minimize the mass under the condition of sufficient stiffness and strength, and the high strengthening engine has the use of H shaped section. Some engines use connecting rod small head jet oil to cool the piston, must be drilled in the longitudinal shaft hole.In order to avoid stress concentration, the connecting rod body and the small head and large head are smooth transition by large circular arc.
In order to reduce the vibration of the engine, the quality difference of the connecting rod of each cylinder must be limited to the minimum range. When the engine is assembled in the factory, it is generally grouped according to the large and small head mass of the connecting rod in grams, and the same group of connecting rod is selected for the same engine.
V type engine, the left and right two columns of the corresponding cylinder share a crank pin, connecting rod has parallel connecting rod, fork connecting rod and main and auxiliary connecting rod three types.
Damage form
The main damage forms of connecting rod are fatigue fracture and excessive deformation. The common fatigue fracture site is the three high stress areas on the connecting rod.The working condition of the connecting rod requires that the connecting rod has higher strength and anti-fatigue performance. It also requires sufficient rigidity and toughness. In the traditional processing technology of connecting rod, the material is generally used 45 steel, 40Cr or 40MnB and other tempered steel, which has higher hardness. Therefore,New connecting rod materials produced by German automobile enterprises, such as C70S6 high-carbon micro-alloy non-quenched and tempered steel, Splitasco series forged steel, Fractim forged steel and S53CV-FS forged steel, etc. (all of the above are German DIN standards).Alloy steels have high strength but are sensitive to stress concentration. Therefore, strict requirements are needed in the shape of connecting rod and excessive fillet, and attention should also be paid to the surface machining quality to improve fatigue strength. Otherwise, the application of high strength alloy steel can not achieve the desired effect.
