The Designing of Oil Indentation, Lubrication Hole Sizes

To ensure proper lubrication of the bush during performance, the following sizes of lubrication holes are recommended:

  • For shaft diameter 14−2214-2214−22 mm: Lubrication hole diameter 333 mm
  • For shaft diameter 22−4022-4022−40 mm: Lubrication hole diameter 444 mm
  • For shaft diameter 40−5040-5040−50 mm: Lubrication hole diameter 555 mm
  • For shaft diameter 50−10050-10050−100 mm: Lubrication hole diameter 666 mm
  • For shaft diameter 100−180100-180100−180 mm: Lubrication hole diameter 777 mm

Note: The lubrication hole should be away from the butt joint and loading area and designed to be easy for oil feeding.

Inspecting the Tolerance of Wall Thickness

Measurement Methods

  • For bushes with width ≤15≤ 15≤15 mm, measurement should be carried out on the circle of the middle section of the width.
  • For bushes with width >15> 15>15 mm, measurement should be carried out on the two circles (5 mm from each end).
  • The measuring point should be selected according to the figure (avoiding oil grooves, pockets, indentations, and print marks).
