Material structure: The shaft sleeve is made of CuSn8 bronze as the base material and is an economical bearing with high bearing capacity and good wear resistance. The working surface is covered with regular rhombus oil holes to play the role of oil storage, in the initial movement can be easier to form oil film to reduce the initial friction factor. CUSN8 Bronze Bushing is coiled with holes thin wall design for low precision, cost sensitive applications. The through-hole design is used for thin oil lubrication, and adhesive wear is reduced by quickly establishing an oil film. The inner hole can be reworked as needed. The copper alloy base material has good corrosion resistance and heat conduction ability. Recommended process is regular thin oil lubrication, suitable for medium load and low speed working conditions. Rolled Tin Bronze Bushing Material
VIIPLUS Wrapped Bronze is made completely of bronze, CuSn8 and CuSn6. A tin bronze with excellent sliding properties. The material is particularly suitable when high wear resistance, corrosion resistance and fatigue strength are required.

Cu 91,3%, Sn 8,5%, P 0,2%
CuSn8 is a solid solution strengthened copper alloy (bronze) with 8% tin.
The high tin content results in high strength and springiness at an adequate conductivity. The alloy is
wear-resistant, has very good corrosion resistance and can be readily soldered. Moreover CuSn8 has good sliding properties. Fields of application are stamped parts, bushings and flange bronze bearings, and metal bushing manufacturing as well as electrical and mechanical engineering.
